London and my question today is with regard the the recent of checking in of the mortgage interest relief or the lack of their

thereof. Basically I'm in the upper 40% bracket of income tax and my wife is in the lower bracket and I'm just wondering given the fact

that now and up until the next few years the mobile interest release they didn't

get more and more reduced I wondering, would it be worth and what the implications are of

potentially transferring part of the property or the majority of the property into my wife's name.

I'm not sure what the process or how it done or what the implications are but it'd be great to get your views on that.

in terms of tax saving.

Let me tell you about someone I know. This guy earns 100,000 pounds, okay?

His wife earns no money, so he's on 100,000, she's on nothing. They are being habered on tax. Can't do anything about it because the guy is

employed so he can't plan his tax, he's just paid, that's it. They're hab-on-tax.
