Ome, lead us from the unreal to the real, lead us from darkness unto light, lead us from death to immortality.

Good morning, sir, Mr.

Every time I hear this refrain, Satyam, Gyanam, Manantam, Brahm, I cannot help but be moved.

This is from the Upanishads, from the Taitiri Upanishads, second chapter, which is called

Brahmanandavali, the chapter on the bliss of Brahman or Brahman as bliss, where the nature of ultimate reality,

Brahman, is said to be Satyam, yana, anantam Brahmha.

Brahmhan is limitless, infinite existence awareness,

limitless existence consciousness.

If we sit silently and turn inwards, go deep within ourselves, turn inwards, just quiet,

then we will see the irreducible minimum, that which cannot be dismissed, that which cannot be wished away, reasoned away, ignored, is that we exist.

I am. This I am is satyam, existence, reality. And this I am is not a dull, dark I am, but it is shining it is aware so this awareness consciousness is

Ghanem and this existence awareness is our core nature think about it all that we experience in life

throughout our lives is an overlay, like a layer

on this existence awareness. This existence awareness is like the screen on which the movie of our lives plays out.

All our bodies, our people we see outside, all our activities, our memories, our likes and dislikes,

our great projects in life, our struggles.

Eventually the death, all of these things play out on this isness awareness.

And then further, this isness awareness is not limited to you.

As we look out into this world, we see this world is nothing more than a play of names, forms, activities.

The reality belongs to this isness awareness.
