Here's my question for you. What would you ask God for if God appeared to you and told you

that you could ask Him for one thing, anything in your life, and one thing?

Vitavitch. Today, we're kicking off a new teaching series called The Man Who Had It All,

and who is that man? Well, it's King Solomon, a fascinating old testament figure whose story

looks like a long string of contradictions. Solomon might be the wisest man who ever lived,

but he still made some pretty dumb mistakes. Can anyone else relate to that?

It's actually called Ask Me Anything, so grab your Bible and we're headed back to the old

testament today. Here's Pastor JD.

Well, first king, chapter three, if you're finding your way there, I would bet that at some point

in your life, you probably had to answer the question of what you would wish for if a genie

and a lamp appeared to you and offered you three wishes. And of course, you were explained

the rules. You're not allowed to ask for more wishes. You can't make anybody fall in love and

et cetera, et cetera. Well, here's my question for you. What would you ask God for if God appeared

to you and told you that you could ask him for one thing, anything in your life and one thing,

because see, that's basically what God does with Solomon at the beginning of his reign as king

and first king, chapter three. Check it out. Here, first king, chapter three,
