So let's just dive right into it. I know I think you've got lots of questions that I need to try to offer answers to. I will

So the first question is about a link between poor sleep

quality and Apple E4 carriers. What is that link? Oh great great question and it's

relevant for us because we've been doing a lot of work in this area of sleep

aging and Alzheimer's disease gosh it was one of the first things that I started

researching. Kof Kof 20 years ago as a... Went by very fast. Yeah as a young PhD student, but it's a great question and it is very relevant because I know that now the rise of all of these different consumer genetic tests have really exploded.

A lot of people, if they choose to, will know what's called their apoe status.

So let me see if I can unfold this in a somewhat structured way. We'll start with what is Apo E4

Genotype. You can think of the Apo E4 genotype as a unique, almost a tag or a label in your body's instructional manual and when I say

instructional manual what I mean is that your DNA is your instruction manual and nested in there is this unique tag.

And this label is specifically coding for a protein named Apo Lipoprotein E, which is, it's almost a little bit like a delivery truck in your body that transports
