Hello, my friends, and welcome to another episode of Ask Marco,

where I answer your investing related questions.

So today's question is from Matthew and he asks who should my real estate

investment team be or consist of in order to get things started And he cites some examples here

with lenders and attorneys, but let me just give you the list.

And these Ask Marco episodes, I try to keep to five minutes. I try not to go beyond seven and that's

usually pretty hard. So let me break it down for you. There's there's roughly

about 8 to 10 people you want on your team and a few of them are core people

that you will work with on a regular basis. First and foremost and pretty much at

the top of the list is you want a good deal provider. Now this could be a real estate

agent or real estate broker or it could be a new home builder or a turnkey

operator of some kind of chalk these all into one full service entity you

could refer to it as being a turnkey promoter or marketer like our company, Norrada real estate investments,

which is pretty much across the spectrum a full service property provider.

And so regardless of who that is,

you want someone to provide you good deals

and they have a good reputation,

and they're knowledgeable, and they have access to inventory.
