0:37.1	My plan is to buy now cash flow and build equity for six years, then own a residence we can occupy while kids are in school, while still renting out

0:53.8	hotspots, reduced admissions, remote learning, and the ridiculous increases in
0:59.2	tuition, do you think the scenario is a good investment now later?
