Well, hello, my friends, and welcome to the Live Inspired podcast with John O'Leary for this week's

Monday moments created to help you start your week on fire with a quick burst of inspiration.

Today I have Live-insp inspired community member Carol asking,

John, what keeps you grounded? And in reading that question, Carol, the very first thing that

comes to mind is either life or my children. Both of those things absolutely keep me very grounded. But today I want to

give you four phrases that keep me incredibly grounded, or perhaps maybe even differently said,

humble and hungry as I progress through my life. These are four phrases that work for me,

but I think you may want to write them down today because I am confident on this Monday and throughout this week it's going to work for you as well. First,

the first phrase that I use is, I love you, and there is nothing you can do about it. I say these

words to myself before I walk into any speech, any podcast interview, any question from a community

member, Carol.

I also use those words before I walk through TSA security, before I order a coffee, before I come

home and see my kids after a long day, before I walk in the door and greet my wife,

after I've had an extraordinarily busy couple days,

but so has she.

I love you.

And there's nothing you can do about it.

It is a really cool way to keep me grounded, but also humble and hungry and capable of meeting someone else.

First and foremost, with where they are.
