Thanks for listening. Today I'm asked Dr. Kim, we have a question from a listener. She says,

I am a Christian woman in a Christian marriage, but I feel like I lead our

marriage and family, even though I really want my husband to do that, what should I do? So, Dr. Cam,

I think a lot of people, like a lot of people struggle with this, right? Like, what would you say

is the percentage? How often do you see this where, you know, a Christian couple understands God's plan for the family

and the roles in the family. And yet the husband isn't stepping up to lead. And so the wife kind of

feels like she has to. You know, I cannot think of any guy I've ever talked to that said it was easy for

him to lead. Yeah. I think it's hard for us as guys.

I mean,

I think we see that in scripture.

You know,

when I teach pre-marriage,

and we talk about that.

And at the end of it,

I always say,

guys,

I know it sounds like I'm being hard on you,

but this is what the Bible says

and this is God's plan.

So we've got to figure it out. So I think what a wife can do is maybe help, just encourage him, pray for him, look for opportunities.
