You two did a 35 mile version of this race the 50 mile was three laps the 35 was two laps

We started early in the day. We feared heat and heat was absolutely brutal. Isn't it?

Yeah, I it cooked me it was really rough. I ended up let's go over how we did first

My goal like my moonshot was four hours and 30 minutes and the winning time in mind

So I was pretty close to what I thought what it was going to take so I'm proud of that part, but I didn't finish there so

They I said I expected to be somewhere around for 445 to 515 and I ended up at 503

Normalized power of only 191 watts that said something I should cover as I didn't zero my power meter and the other time before that

And I had zero my power meter. It was freezing cold

I just actually zeroed it on this this I guess just this weekend and it was a difference of nearly 30 watts

During my workout once I zeroed it so who knows where that normalized power

It actually let that be a lesson to if you don't zero your power meter good chance
