Yeah, so last week, big free will episodes.

I have more to say on that, that's why I named it episode 2 of 2.5 but when I

went to record this week's episodes there was so much that I actually don't think that I can tack on my sort of last bit about

free will here so because if I did it's gonna mess up the episodes I don to, you know, do a bit on free will and then do, you know,

80% of this week's topics and then have another 20% next week or something. It'll just be terrible in terms of timing. So I think what I'd rather do is I'm planning to have Ryan Bourne on to give me a more like

more learned kind of perspective on free will he has the background to give us all the the old arguments and new arguments and all that so I'm playing to have him on at some point should be pretty soon and maybe I will save some of those thoughts

for that episode. I'm very curious to hear what he has to say about you know what I've said and

maybe if I'm way off or or maybe I'm way on on some things I'm really

excited to hear what sort of a more of an expert has to say on that because I'm

definitely not any sort of expert I just play one on radio to podcast.

Podcast. How do you say that? I just play one on podcasts I guess.

So this week, well, okay, I will say that I've gotten a number of comments on free will on both sides.

And one thing that I think I want to try to answer quickly is people keep saying, I believe free will you know like you know

of course we have will if I'm trying to sum it up I don't mean to straw man but

essentially people are saying like look I have a range of options, I pick the options, etc.

There will be things like that, and I just want to tell people.

If you're somebody who's commented like that, just keep in mind that you need to have

some way of reconciling the fact that there are

computers and computer programs who do a lot of these things.
