0:40.0	about his book. Everybody is wrong about God. Let's get right to it. Where does this leave things like debates? I mean should should we stop should atheists?
0:59.7	Should atheists stop entertaining debates of that kind where it's does God exist you know here's
1:06.3	the pro here's the kind against is that something you think should go away so
1:10.5	debates like does God exist I think that those should just stop.
1:15.5	Just stop. Exist isn't even the right word because as I say on the first page of my book I want to tell you that
1:25.7	God exists but I want to tell you that people who do not believe in God have it right
1:29.8	and so it's God exists as a set of ideas. So it exists in the same way that calculus exists.
1:38.4	But you are not going to, you know, go find calculus in the world.
1:44.6	You're going to go find things that are described by calculus.
1:47.1	It's a, you've gone a step meta as they say.
1:51.4	Those kinds of debates, not so good. Are religious moral frameworks the best way
1:58.0	to address human moral needs or concerns? That's a fruitful debate that could continue. Is a God a good explanation for the universe?
