1:18.0	Well I have it was more discovering maybe this is something you can relate to, I don't know, the opposite way, but for me, there wasn't a time when I realized I didn't believe in God. I just, I just realized I've never believed in God.

1:56.2	knew about God as a kid was, well, he's all powerful and all that and he should be smarter than any of us combined, you know, all of us combined.
2:06.0	And as a little kid I remember forming thoughts of, well, then there wouldn't be a hell, that makes no sense. There wouldn't be this, there wouldn't be a hell that makes no sense there wouldn't be this
2:14.4	there wouldn't be that and I formed in my mind I think that what happens with
2:19.2	people is they obviously are very limited by their own cognitive abilities and I think that people's
2:27.6	image of God really reflects where they are oftentimes in their intelligence for lack of a better word I think that people and I don't mean this in any derogatory sense but I think the people in the Old Testament for example example, they were, it's not like they were dumber, but because of society hadn't progressed as far.
2:48.0	They were functionally less intelligent than we are now.
2:51.0	They were less sophisticated than we are now. And as a
2:53.9	consequence their idea of God is incredibly unsophisticated. It it God is like a
