Welcome to slow more. Often I get asked if you had a chance to spend time with anyone dead or alive, who would that be?

There are many on that list and high on the list is always

Mahatma Gandhi. And while I don't have the chance to spend the time with him today,

I will spend an hour with his fifth grandson, Arun Gandhi.

Arun was a journalist for more than 30 years. He wrote for The Times of India and wrote for the Washington Post.

He's also an author with several books including his latest book in 2017,

and one that I consider is a must read,

the gift of anger.

Arun Gandhi serves as the president of the Gandhi Worldwide Education Institute, and he still

travels the world speaking to governmental leaders as well as students about the practices

of peace and nonviolence.

Definitely something we badly need in our world today.

Today's episode I will keep for more than an hour.

I got a lot of feedback from many of you that said don't cut the

episodes short, keep the conversations going, we don't mind them being longer. So here is an experiment. Please find me on social media and truly

tell me what you think. If we should keep them shorter, maybe 45 minutes or if it's

okay to run over an hour.
