edition, we're not even a quarter of the way into Donald Trump's second term as president,

but could he change the constitution, break with all convention, and somehow run for a third term?

In typical pot-boiling style, Trump has been teasing supporters and

trolling his opponents with a will-he-won-you routine over recent months. In May, he said he

wouldn't try for a third term. In June, he hinted that he would. And this week's statement that he

would like to, but probably won't, doesn't clear up much. Meanwhile, the Trump online store is selling Trump

2028 merchandise, and at that time, the president himself will be 82 years old. Could it happen?

How could it happen? We'll be talking over this alarming prospect with Casey Burgett, ex-congressional
