| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome to the Arsenal Women Askcast on AskBlog.com with me, your host Tim Stillman. |
| 0:20.0 | I am not going to blab too much at the top of this podcast because I am definitely not the person you want to listen to. |
| 0:26.0 | On this particular episode we were invited down to London Colony on Friday last week and we were given access to a few players. |
| 0:37.0 | So on this episode you're going to hear me at Colony speaking to Gen BT, Lotta Wubbenmoy and Victoria Palova. |
| 0:45.0 | And clearly the focus is on Arsenal's Champions League semi-final coming up this weekend, the first leg against Wolfsburg. |
| 0:54.0 | So that's the kind of focus of the podcast and obviously needless to say there are still tickets available for the second leg at Emirates Stadium on Monday. |
| 1:03.0 | That's Bank Holiday Monday, the first of May at 5.45pm. |
| 1:07.0 | I think at the time of recording we're at about 45,000 tickets sold which is absolutely incredible. |
| 1:15.0 | But hey, there's still time to make it a sellout. So let's make it a sellout. |
| 1:19.0 | So you're going to listen to me talking to Gen, Lotta and Victoria in turn at London Colony. |
| 1:25.0 | Just before I turn over to those interviews, I want to explain I guess a sound issue, a slight sound issue, shouldn't spoil your enjoyment of this episode at all. |
| 1:37.0 | However, what I did was I took my trusty dictophone with me because we were recording some of you may have seen it before. |
| 1:45.0 | Arsenal have kind of an indoor training centre at Colony. They do a lot of broadcasting here and do a lot of kind of broadcast interviews you see with the men's and the women's team kind of happen in this indoor kind of place. |
| 2:00.0 | So there's a little bit going on in the background because there are other broadcasters doing interviews and Arsenal doing some stuff for their socials and that's all absolutely fine. |
| 2:09.0 | But what I did was I brought my trusty dictophone with me which is a fantastic piece of kit. |
| 2:15.0 | Faithfully laid it down when I spoke to Gen, Lotta and Victoria, Polover recorded everything or at least I thought I'd recorded everything. |
| 2:26.0 | And then I came home to listen to my Parkinson's-esque triumph of trio of interviews and I uploaded the file and all I got was 30 minutes of total silence. |
| 2:39.0 | What I somehow managed to do was press, I don't know how or when I did this because with this dictophone it's difficult to accidentally flick a switch. |
| 2:51.0 | The buttons are quite chunky but I had the wrong input so basically my dictophone thought that I was going to plug an external mic into it. |
| 3:01.0 | So it was waiting for an external mic to do the recording and obviously that wasn't happening. So I just got loads of silence. |
| 3:09.0 | So how I reproduced the interviews for this podcast I hear you cry. Well, one of the, there are a lot of drawbacks, drawbacks, sorry to being a hyper anxious individual like me. |
| 3:21.0 | However, one of the few kind of upsides is that when you live in a mind where you expect everything to go wrong all the time. |
