Badly, sadly morning. I'm afraid so. How are you doing? How are you feeling today?

Weird. Weird.

Weird. Because I'm trying to come to terms with this. When I say trying to come to terms with this, it makes it time much more serious than it actually is.

It's not like a huge life changing thing or whatever, but I'm slightly torn between leaning into the one game at a time mantra, which I think I've said before, and you've said that

if it applies to when things go well, it also has to apply when things go wrong.

That's part of why I think we've been extolling the virtues of this one game at a time, one game at a time, because it means that you don't get carried away when you win and you don't get too dismayed or too downhearted and what have you when you lose.

Nevertheless, there's an element of all this that feels like I've just picked off a very substantial scab underneath as a festering wound kind of thing.

So that's where I am with all this and I'm sure we'll tease it out. How about you?

Yeah, same really. I mean, I'll be honest, I'm not that bothered about losing the game. Like it was bad and we played really badly. It's a bad result.

But I accept that that can happen. That, you know, everything can go wrong and it pretty much everything did go wrong.
