First, there's Utkharvik.

Butkharvik is really far north.

It's the northernmost city in the U.S.

and sits at 71.2 lines of latitude north of the equator, well above the Arctic Circle.

Then there's Pond Inlet, a small Inuit town in northern Novet that sits as far north

from Toronto as Toronto does from Honduras. that's at

at 73.3 degrees north. Then there's New Swack Greenland, 74

degrees north. There's Kularsoak Greenland 74.3 degrees north. There's Resolute

Canada 74.4 degrees north. There's Resolute Canada 74.4 degrees north. There's

Southsovic Greenland 76 degrees north. There's Greece fjord Canada 76.3

degrees north.

There's Kanak, Greenland, 77.3 degrees north.

Then there's Sure Appaluke Greenland, 77.5 degrees north and the northernmost town in Greenland.

Then above those all, further north than every other settlement of any substantial size in the world, there's one more place.

In August 2019, I went to that place. So I'm currently in Oslo, Norway. It's about 7 a.m. and in about six hours I will be at the northernmost place in the world that you can really fly to. To come forward for boarding at Gate F12.
