Republicans have been running scared from their own constituencies. Absolutely. Their constituencies are kind of going hard. Oh, their constituencies have been yelling at them. Honestly, ever since Trump came into office, ever since he started doing stuff on immigration, we've seen white dudes like, hey, when you're going to bring back that Kilmar-Brego guy? Yeah, the type of constituents in, like, Republican districts that are willing to go to a town hall have been kind of popping off recently.

Yeah. Yeah. And there's always accusations of like out of towners getting bust in. And in some cases that might just be true. Right. Yeah, yeah. Not necessarily like bust in by the Democratic Party, but people from out of town might pull up to a Republican just to yell at that. I would do it. I would do it. It's totally

valid. Neighboring congressional districts can be wildly different. So it's a thing that happens.

And the most recent victim of democracy of their own constituency is a guy named Mike Flood,

a Republican in Nebraska who was brave enough to go and explain to his voters why he voted for Trump's budget bill. And they were not happy. It was a big town hall too. Yeah. Dude was in like an auditorium to talk to these people. It was like an hour of him just incessantly getting screamed at by these people. And, you know, some of them were, some of them talked a little bit too much like me to pass as his constituent. Yeah. Someone, someone brought up like, why do you support capital and not the working class? I'm like, all right, man. Tone it down a little bit. Leave the manifesto at home. Like, yeah, you're not selling it. But other people had very, very reasonable things to say to this guy. And I want to show you a clip about 50 seconds of one of his responses.

He's out here explaining his vote to cut Medicaid.

One of those changes is that if you are able to work and you are able-bodied,

you have to work.

If you choose not to work, you do not get free health care. You do not get free health care.
