This week, we look at the main focus of the House of Representatives during its first session,

By far, the biggest complaint following the Constitution was that the proposed Constitution

A majority of state ratifying conventions focused on this point and demanded that one be added.

Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Virginia, and New York, all explicitly called for a Bill of Rights.
