Jingle ball season is officially here.

It's December.

Like, it's a whole new frame of mind, especially, you know, Thanksgiving kicks it off.

And even though she says Halloween's her favorite time of year, I don't know.

I think you're kind of like Christmas too, right?

I just love the holiday season.

Yeah, here she goes.

Yeah. start with you. What's on your mind today? So I did something this weekend that I haven't done in a while. I took a 48 hour break from social media. So I, how'd they go? It was amazing. I didn't

check it. I didn't post. I did other things. I had more time to bake. I had more time to prepare

my breakfast for this morning. More family time. I felt like I was more time to prepare my breakfast for this morning, more family time.

I felt like I was more in the moment with things, and I didn't reach from my phone every time

there was like a boring moment.

Like I did something else to fill the time.

And it was so fantastic.

And then I looked at my screen time, like after, and I'm like, wow wow this is amazing. So I am definitely going to do this more often and I think on a daily basis I'm going to put it down more often and not be on it as much. Even if it's just not a full cleanse just kind of like you know what put it aside if I don't look at it I not going to grab it. And I loved it. It was awesome. Everybody needs to do this for themselves. You're going to love it. I read an article over the weekend. I'm going to try to find it so I can try to sound somewhat intelligent about the topic. The topic was how our brains are being rewired because of our locked in mode with social media.
