People sometimes ask, well, how come you'd never submit to Around the Room?

Because I talk more than anyone.

Today, I have a very special something I want to say.

Oh.

So I'm going to get to that in a minute. We'll start with you straight, Nate. What's on your mind today? So, uh, you know,

some people are going through things and you don't even know they're going through them. I received

a phone call yesterday from a friend that I'd kind of lost touch with and it was the making amends phone call.

If you know anybody or have gone through the steps yourself of sobriety, he was making amends

for something and I of course said, hey, you know, you're good, we're good, don't worry

about it, but it meant something to him and it was very important for me to encourage him on this journey

because the journey, you're never off of it.

I've never had to deal with addiction, but I know people that have.

And it was great to get that because it was just great to hear life in this person's voice again.

And if you're going through something like this, if you know somebody that

is going through something like this, Godspeed and just keep pushing through. I love it.

Thank you for sharing that. Wow. Very welcome. Yeah, getting that call, I've had a few of those in my life.

Yeah. You're getting that call, it's a little awkward at first and then you totally get it. And I love it. I love it.
