All right, I cannot believe it's come to this, but I want to show you all this heartbreaking

video of two military brothers accompanying their mom to immigration court to protect her from

Trump's ICE goons because they're worried about what they've seen. And their worries are rooted

in the reality that we've all seen over the past few months, where Trump directs ICE to

surgically target people following the proper legal

procedures. People who have been waiting for their day in court for a while are getting plucked up

and deported. I mean, even beyond this being inhumane and incredibly vile, just think about the

perverse incentive structures this creates. Imagine being somebody who wants to follow the proper legal processes, but you're too scared to go to court.

Imagine being somebody who doesn't have two military sons and you have to go alone.

People who want to follow the proper processes may begin to skirt them out of fear.

So it raises a lot of questions about due process, about the

authoritarian expansion of Trump's executive power. And I want to talk about all of that and play

this video. But, you know, while I was researching for this, I came across this article.

And the title of this article kind of pissed me off more than it should have. So the title is

called ICE's novel strategy allows for more arrests. kind of pissed me off more than it should have. So the title is called,

ICE's novel strategy allows for more arrests from inside immigration courts. What do you mean novel strategy? By novel strategy, do you mean an authoritarian legal trap that is

inhumane and subverts due process? What do you mean this novel strategy?

They're acting like it's like a neutral strategy or almost admirable, right? It's not a novel

strategy. It is outrageous and legal experts say it is potentially unconstitutional because

you're having people walk into courts, and after they walk

into court to follow the processes, you deport them. For example, one political asylum from Belarus
