We are Donald Trump's worst nightmare. People in L.A. have been describing why they're protesting

immigration raids and facing off against law enforcement and troops. We don't want the Gestapo in our

neighborhood. I love my people. I can't keep sitting by. I'm not after my brothers and sisters getting taken.

Flash bangs and rubber bullets have been used on crowds of protesters, as officers

reported objects being thrown at them.

But as thousands more National Guardsmen and about 700 U.S. Marines are being sent to

the area, California is suing the Trump administration

for mobilizing the National Guard troops. State Attorney General Rob Bontor says he's asking

a court to declare the move unconstitutional and to halt any future deployments.

Are we going to be successful in every case? No. But that's not a reason to not fight for the rule of law,

fight for our Constitution, fight to make sure that the president only does lawful things and not

unlawful things.
