it is tea time. This story is blowing up. Ariana Maddox lawyer is tearing into Tom Scanderville. Now,

if you don't know who these two are, they're on the show,

or they were on the show, Vanderpump Rules. They were a couple. And then it was discovered that

he was having a scandalous affair with her friend. Raquel, who now goes by the name, Rachel,

well, now he is suing her. He's going after her. And lawyer is responding with a statement that said this is the continuing of harassment, of torment, he needs to back off.

Now what Tom is accusing her of doing is accessing explicit videos of Raquel, of Rachel, on his phone without permission.

So it seems as if Tom filmed, here, shall we say, is it girlfriend?

I don't know what the term is, because his girlfriend or somebody else.

His mistress.

He filmed some naughty videos, some saucy videos of his mistress on his phone.

She got into his phone, she saw these videos, and now he is suing her for that, arguing that she showed people these videos.

Now, this is where it gets a little bit complicated,

Mark, there are laws, and I think this is a very good law, called revenge porn, that you

are not allowed to show videos of people in intimate acts without their permission. It's just

not allowed. I like that law. I think it's a very smart law. However,

I also see her lawyer's point of view here, which is this is over. We've all heard about it.
