Iranian nationals who are suspected in this case are living outside of Argentina. So this new ruling that the judge actually made final

last week, I think, will allow the court to go ahead and take the evidence and actually have a

trial and these people are tried in absentia. Obviously, if they want to go back and face their accusers, they can, but they're unlikely to do that.
