I am speaking today with executive coach Kevin Rafferty. Kevin is an executive coach, a life coach, speaker, peer-grip leader, author, and member of conscious leadership guild.

Kevin has held several executive positions, including COO, VP, founder, president, and COO. He received his E-MBA from the Drucker School of Management, so we are likely to give to a bunch of Druckerisms here today.

Kevin uses his vast experience and expertise in his coaching and speaking practice. He currently leads a peer group out of Orange County and offers executive and life coaching sessions.

In his coaching, he uses his program, the Authentic Leaders Coaching and Leadership Development Program, where he blends the best of executive coaching with the power of personal authenticity.

Kevin has developed the Authentic Leaders Elite Leadership Formula, which is a 12-step process that helps leaders become more self-aware and authentic leaders.

He also provides life coaching using his book Wake Up, Get Real, Be Happy, Becoming Your Authentic Self.

In his role as conscious leaders coach, Kevin also does speaking engagements to help others live more conscious lives, increase their leadership skills, and live more authentic lives.

I know Kevin better than I probably know most of the guests that we have, because Kevin and I, once a month, get together with some peers, and a little group that is called the Warrior Mucks.

It's not an official group, it's a group of experienced coaches that have been getting together for years, each of us were invited to come in.

And what is so interesting for me is in this group, Kevin and I sit so often candor-posed.

I appear to be the hyper-rational, factual, what's the method, and Kevin is the delightful, conscious, feeling, thinking, meditating, what's the meaning in this type of person.

I have to say for some months in the group, I kept thinking, what am I learning?

He keeps pulling me back to this sensitive side, and I have to say it's a great side, and it's increased my ability to be a coach, and I've developed a great friendship with Kevin.

It's just so interesting how other lives have kind of gone in and out in the weeds, and how we find ourselves in this conversation as friends today, so welcome. I'm excited to talk to you.

Oh, thanks. It's actually a delight here to be with you, and thank you for all that tea up.

Well, I've got so many different places I want to go. I do want to find out about you, but I have a thought that's kind of screaming in my head. I just have to get out.

And you are the conscious capitals and guy, you are the person that thinks business must serve a higher purpose, and I just like to lay that out right there front.
