better people skills, while also speaking various national and international conferences,

including the ICF Global, the EMCC Hungary, and several universities. From 2002 to 2010, Dr. Norbert

was a journalist and editor with HVG, the Hungarian news source, and he has written over 700

articles on history, leadership, coaching, and management issues. He also edited HR and management

specials. Dr. Norbert is greatly invested in education and learning. He has received his doctorate

of philosophy, graduating with Simulton Lawton, and a master's degree in European history and

leadership studies, and several training courses related to coaching and management.
