Summary

This is episode 1026 of the Arete Coach Podcast with host Severin Sorensen exploring Covid19 "Return To Work" issues impacting businesses, employees, and the workplace. Have you ever wondered, “what will the workplace look like when we return to work” after Covid-19, or “who will return” to work after being sent home to “Work From Home”? This is a key issue being discussed now in private homes and corporate board rooms, and it is certainly being actively discussed in executive coaching sessions in recent weeks. In this episode, we explore the research and surveys conducted on employee attitudes on Return To Work themes. We look at productivity studies on remote workers. We listen to employees who now remote, literally "digital nomads' that do not want to return to the workplace who have found freedom in their work. We also peer into a special Clubhouse room held Monday, 3 May 2021, that explores the Return to Work issues impacting businesses, employees, and their coaches.

The Arete Coach Podcast seeks to explore the art and science of executive coaching. You can find out more about this podcast at aretecoach.io.

Special thanks to executive coaches Ozzie Gontang, Bridget Wenman, and Pete Michaels who joined Severin Sorensen on Clubhouse to convene this conversation.
