Summary
This is episode 1025 of the Arete Coach Podcast with host Severin Sorensen and his guest Steve Brody, an executive coach and former Vistage Master Chair, who earned his MBA from the UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Steve started out his career working for the Coca-Cola Company in marketing and sales, and then moved into executive positions with private companies in the beverage and packaging industries that included Utopia Spring Water, Yellowstone Capital, and PackageNet (a reseller of UPS package shipping services for the supermarket industry). In 1999 he moved from working in businesses to coaching business owners and he was a Vistage Chair for 20 years. About eight years ago he started working with Naviond to help business owners with navigating their lives after business, and most recently he has expanded this work with his affiliation with Navix Consultants helping business owners navigate successful exits from their businesses. In this podcast, Steve shares a brilliant story about his experience as CEO of Utopia Water and how an unanswered question lingers, causes one to think and remember and led to brand recognition and success.
The Arete Coach Podcast seeks to explore the art and science of executive coaching. You can find out more about this podcast at aretecoach.io.
