In her career, Rustica has been involved in curriculum development, learning strategy, and implementation in a wide variety of Learning Management Systems (LMS) solutions for business and educational environments.

| 1:29.0 | LMS platforms that are out there, again the learning management systems, 65% of |
| 1:34.0 | users are currently sea level executives, and 35% are managers. |
| 1:40.0 | When we push further into the data, we learn that 96% of respondents want to |
| 1:46.0 | measure their learning. However, only 50% currently are evaluating their |
| 1:51.0 | learning ROI, their organizational impact and job performance, this from |
| 1:55.0 | learning to knowledge in 2018. When we think of students, 90% of students prefer |
