It is not that you read a book, pass an examination, finish with education.

The whole life for the moment you are born to the moment you die is a process of learning.

So how do we learn? How can we learn better? How can we teach better?

These are themes and more from learning and development community and are the

crystal day for our episode. In the research, we understand that the learning

and growth industry, something called learning and development, is a massive

industry. The global learning and development industry, the subset of the

learning management system, is a market value to $8.7 billion in 2019.

And it is expected to grow over the next 10 years to $38 billion.

That is a compound annual growth rate of over 19% forecasted by Fortune Business Insights.

Now when we think about who is learning, what is interesting is that for the

LMS platforms that are out there, again the learning management systems, 65% of

users are currently sea level executives, and 35% are managers.

When we push further into the data, we learn that 96% of respondents want to

measure their learning. However, only 50% currently are evaluating their

learning ROI, their organizational impact and job performance, this from

learning to knowledge in 2018. When we think of students, 90% of students prefer
