I'm speaking today with guest coach Mark Taylor.

Mark is an executive coach and visits chair since 2009.

He is also a master chair, keynote speaker and entrepreneur.

In the Vista Dico system, Mark is a high performer and is consistently ranked in the top 20 chairs.

And he is a Vista star award winner.

Prior to executive coaching, Mark was an early mover and leader in the computerized shipping and logistics industry.

Additionally, he has built, operated and sold his own business and comes to coaching with valuable real-world experience.

In one of his earlier career experiences, he operated business that was named in New York State's top 100 growing companies.

In terms of formal education, Mark is a lifelong learner.

He earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix and he completed coach training from George Mason University's Certification Program in Organizational Learning.

Mark is also a certified tribal leadership coach, drawn from the work of Dave Logan and others on tribal leadership.

And he has trained and certified other coaches and practitioners in his methodology.

Mark is also a coaching disciple of Lee Thayer and he completed a Master's in Arts and Science of Leadership from the Thayer Institute.

Most recently, Mark completed the Positive Intelligence Coach Training with Shersad Sharmeen and he will complete a certification in the coming weeks.

Did I mention previously that Mark was lifetime learner?

Yeah, you get the picture.

I first met Mark when he came to Utah as our keynote speaker for our CEO Summit where he spoke about David Logan's tribal leadership, communication and culture.

That's where I first heard the phrase, heard squawk, fish, school and people try.

As we explored how groups formed, communicate, work together or not.
