I remember a conversation I had with my grandfather when I was around the age of 25. At the time I was wondering through life without a clear idea of what I wanted to do. I was sharing my frustration with my grandfather and he just laughed and shook his head.
He said, “Jason, you have so much time. I felt the same way when I was your age and all I can say is just keep exploring. You’ll find your lane soon enough.”
It took me five more years to found my first company. At 30 I thought I was coming to entrepreneurship late in life but in reality I was one of the young ones.
Today I want to explore some research done by the Harvard Business Review that debunks some of the myths about the age of successful entrepreneurs. This episode has value no matter what age you are but it’ll especially good for those of you over 40.
