Are you staying rooted in things like prayer? Jesus is the bread, meaning He is the thing that will sustain us. Everything else that we try to satisfy will be temporary. For some, satisfaction comes from alcohol or addiction. For others, it might be money and security. Relationships can also be a source of temporary satisfaction. He is the only one that will last. We need to focus on lasting fulfillment. Nourishing the soul is essential for spiritual health.
