Whether it makes you want to yawn, or run away, or pull out your spreadsheets and get to work, I want to convince you of one important truth today: A budget it not a killjoy. Sure, it doesn't sound very exciting at first, but do you know what is exciting? Paying for your vacation with cash. Saving for your kid's college. Feeling a sense of peace and contentment in your life because you have what you need. This teaching segment focuses on how to use the power of a budget to move your money goals from dreams to reality. Why It's Time for a Money RESET! with Chris Hogan I get to sit down with my good friend and bestselling author Chris Hogan to unpack some of the common obstacles that keep us from making progress with money. Today's passage teaches us that we are called and commanded to plan-to sit down and estimate the cost of what we feel God leading us to do.
