0:18.1	There are seasons of thriving, but there are also seasons of drought. There's flourishing and faltering. Growth and groaning.
0:29.2	There can be rhythms of delight, but also rhythms of distraction or disappointment.
0:35.8	Sometimes our ongoing seasons of difficulty, like the distraction, the disappointment,
0:41.4	they can even stretch into longer periods of time where life just feels out of sink
0:46.4	compared to what it should be. Here's a big question. What should our posture be
0:51.5	amidst those complex seasons when the rhythms of life are out of sync.
0:57.2	Psalm 43 gives the people of God a posture to adopt while they experience these realities under the weight of exile,
1:05.0	longing to be in their forever home with the Creator and Redeemer.
1:10.0	I'm not sure what life is like for you as you listen to this.
1:14.6	For many of you, this portion of the day or week or year
1:19.0	might seem to be defined by those restless rhythms of distraction or disappointment.
1:25.0	And with that reality in mind, I just want to slow down the rhythm of this moment
1:30.0	and approach Psalm 43 with the posture of prayer.
1:34.0	Heavenly Father, thank you for the gift of life and breath and for your word.
1:39.0	Jesus help us abide in you as we engage with your truth in this moment.
1:44.0	Holy Spirit, we ask you to move in and through this time in Psalm 43.
1:49.6	And as we read these words, let these words read us and restore us as individuals and also as
