I called the mind map and I know it's not original but it's using a mind map to help you figure out what associations in your

life are making you unhappy and what I mean by that is you put your name on a piece of paper and maybe you could put a circle around it and then you draw a line to another circle and that circle represents something in your life that has an emotional attachment of some sort.
