but it is also fraught with political tension.

I think everybody knows the whole story of Obamacare in this country.

I think people know about the tensions of the health care system in Canada that everybody loves accepting that Canadians who can afford it come to the United States for treatment.

That's why it is that in most states that border the Canadian border that are close to the Canadian border,

particularly in populated areas, so like the state of Washington and obviously the state of New York,

and also in the vicinity of Toronto, Cleveland, Ohio, you will find that there is a constant traffic across the border.

And this is true of Canadians coming to private clinics. That's right. Private clinics set up in the United States that very seldom treat American citizens. They don't take Medicaid, the Medicare, they don't work

with the government at all. They are private. And they are set up to cater to American citizens,

excuse me, to Canadian citizens, which is exactly what they do.
