Hello, I'm Gary Stearman, and this is Prophecy Watchers. We have a very special guest today.

And when I say special, I really mean it. His name is Jonathan Brentner, and welcome to Prophecy Watchers.

Oh, thank you so much for having me, Gary. It's an honor to be here and talking with you.

Now, can I call you John or Jonathan? Jonathan. Jonathan. Yeah.

We have just been discussing, and I have in front of me here, a couple of Jonathan's books.

One is called Invitation to a Lavish Feast, a Wonderful title. The other one, The Triumph of the Redeemed. And what we were talking about

before we came on today is the quality of these books, how they struck me. And I told Jonathan,

when I read your books, somehow I just take a deep breath and I relax and say,

this is good.

And that's the way your interpretation of the stories,

the narratives, and the thoughts of the Bible.

Yeah, and it had that effect on me too,

and it's why I tried to communicate that.

And I also know that there are so many believers that different stages, some I know are

in good health, some are in very poor health, some are suffering.

But we can all have that hope that Jesus is going to come and of new bodies.

And I wanted to communicate that hope because it's so missing from churches

today that there is something to look forward to. This life is not all we have. And when we ignore

what the Bible tells us about future things, then we ignore so much of the comfort that we can find in Scripture.

The Blessed Hope is what it's... Amen.

Those two words come to me as you're talking.
