And we value our sleep so much now. I mean, it is like it definitely your your biology changes. I hate it.

But it's also like when you have kids and you're expected to get up early with them, get them off school, whatever, that that just becomes so disciplined that it becomes your schedule.

And at some point when you're when you're older and you have kids, you know, you're like, oh kids are like filing taken care of. Let's go watch a movie.

Yeah, you know, I feel like my kids are older and really kind of on a mission to do it themselves. So I almost have to interject to be a part of their lives. Like I'm like, does anybody need anything?

Oh, yeah, we have we have. Yes, you have a range of children first mix. So there are the kids of that age where we are trying to stay connected. Yes, right.

They live out of town. They're doing their thing. And it's like, how is your weekend? Yeah. How's it going? Yeah, that's kind of.

And it feels just it feels distant. I mean, just a communication field system. I agree. And they're now let's put it this way.

They're not in a hurry to answer back. No. No. And I think it's a part of the thankless father job. But you're used to it. I'm not complaining about.
