Breaking down the all important running back position.

We're going to jump into running backs today.

Obviously, I'm in a great position here where I get to talk to the, not just the inventor of the zero RB strategy, but the writer of the zero-rb watch list every August

that inevitably names some of the most valuable players in all of fantasy,

because running back is the position where,

you know, drafting a double-digit round player can

net you a first-round type of value sort of the easiest. I mean, maybe you can argue that

can happen with quarterbacks or other positions, but certainly as soon as one major injury

happens at running back, we see these massive value shifts. The best example that comes in my mind

is going back into the preseason last year

when Cam Acres got injured and Daryl Henderson immediately rose like eight rounds.

And so you see these massive shifts that you aren't going to see at other positions

depending on who's available.

It's a very opportunity-based position.

But I think probably one of the things it's lost a little bit with zero RB is or any of

these discussions of late running backs is how valuable the position still is.

It's not that we don't think running backs of high-hole position.

It's kind of funny that it gets discussed in these terms of like we hate running backs.
