This is the 25th episode of our show. We're halfway through the year.

Unbelievable. No. Yes, we are. Yeah. It's, we've 52 episodes. This is 25, so we're one less than

halfway. Wow, that's cool. And we are talking about food and nutrition and how you deal with

feeding your kids and feeding yourself and it's going to be

fun and I kind of hope that as we go through this discussion we kind of take a different approach

to talking about food because I don't want to just focus on oh your child is a picky eater

here's what you give them I would rather focus on our underlying feelings about food you always

want to go one layer below don't you it's no fun these people You always want to go one layer below, don't you?

It's no fun.

These people don't want to hear the layer below.

They just want to get lists and they want to be told what to do.

Well, you know, that's great.

And I understand that.

And I'm not saying we won't give a few tips here and there.

A lot of tips.

A lot of tips. A lot of tips. But I also think that real learning comes when we understand why we do what we do, why we

worry about the things we worry about.

And if we can get to that level, then the tips aren't as necessary.
