Okay, so let's wrap up the mama conversation before we get into the sex talk.

Because I, for a lot of people who have not experienced therapy on their own or, you know,

personally, watching Ayala might have been the closest thing that we saw to true therapy in terms of you own,

you recognizing, you know know getting that awareness recognizing your

stuff owning your stuff figuring out a solution which is what therapy is supposed

to be right and I definitely saw a lot of episodes that were rooted in childhood

stuff when you're doing your work with women one-on-one, are you noticing that the

majority of the challenges that women are having are rooted in childhood stuff? Almost all of them.

Almost 90%, 85 maybe. So what is the work that we should be doing? Like, even if you don't have

a therapist, what is the work that needs to be done that 95 there's a 95% chance that you still dealing with some

childhood it depends on your story your life is always giving you feedback your life is always

giving you feedback and so if you want to know what's going on, look at what's happening in your life.

It could be money. Money, your money has a story. And most of the times we have not ever

dealt with our money story. Your relationships with the opposite sex, male, male either way look at that or same

sex because when we start talking about women in rooms with other women that's a mama issue

that's a self issue because when you say i can't be in the i don't I can't trust women you don't trust your damn

self you don't trust yourself with women because you could not trust a little girl once upon a time

somewhere with a woman there was a woman who traumatized you and it's important to say this for the

culture very important this our, no matter the generation, does not give black women permission to say,

I was failed by my mother.

Because we see so many women's sacrifice for us.

We see what our mothers have gone through to get us to the other side.
