We had breaking Andrew Tate news today, and I just want to do an update on his legal

situation based on my own experience with the justice system and in particular the

Remand period when you are uncentenced.

As a disclaimer, I'm not passing judgment on Andrew Tate, we've had people on this

channel who are against him, including Dan, out of Romania, we've had people on this

channel before him, including Ryan Dawson on this channel.

I do not know enough about Andrew Tate's history to make a determination of whether he is

guilty or not.

There is a presumption of innocence because he's uncentenced.

Now the most important thing here is that Andrew Tate needs to fire his legal counsel and

needs to keep his mouth shut because he has repeatedly, in recent weeks, repeatedly

violated the number one rule, your lawyer will tell you when you first get arrested,

when you are uncentenced, when you're in the Remand phase, the number one rule that

your lawyer will tell you can anyone in the chat guess what that number one rule is.

I'll let you know, do not ever speak to anyone about your case.

That includes the media, that includes talking to your mum on the prison telephone because

all the calls are recorded, that includes talking to people at prison visitation because

all the visitations, rooms are recorded in Romania.

You don't even get the legal privilege of being in a room with your lawyer without the

guards there, they can go in there with you.
