I guess it's been a while since we have checked in with you and in case you've forgotten this is the AR 15 podcast.

We are the only AR 15 podcast of its kind and today on the episode JD and I are going to tell you where the heck we've been. And

JD is going to tell you what he learned on his SBR build, plus other off-the the rail stuff.
