Welcome to this week's episode of the AR-15 podcast. I'm JD and simply stated, cancer sucks.

This week we lost a good friend of the AR-15 podcast, David, the owner of New Frontier

Armory in North Las Vegas, Nevada, lost a short battle with

cancer earlier this week and Reed and I thought it'd be a fitting tribute to

grab the interview we did with him a couple years ago and play it back this week

so that we could share David's passion

for firearms. We got him started in it. Also his service in the military. What

started the retail side, a new frontier armory, and also the manufacturing side.

We thought it would be a fitting tribute to our friend.

And also, David once famously said that Reed's voice put him to sleep at night so anybody who says that is well worth

rebroadcasting here on the AR-15 podcast so whether whatever you believe whether it's good thoughts, vibes or whatever prayers, please be in those for

his wife Jessica. They're two young kids for his family and his friends and all the

staff at New Frontier Armory. Please be lifting them up as they go through this difficult

time. And David was one of these amazing guys who left a huge imprint on the world around

him seeing a lot of stories of those things being posted right now on Facebook and other pro two-a sites and pro hunting

sites, everything that David was involved in. I remember sitting in his office

telling him that I had an idea to run social media for firearms
