Welcome to slow more. Welcome back. I am in a small room in the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival.

It is, if you haven't heard of Sharjah, it's the cultural capital of the of the

United Arab Emirates. Definitely one of my favorite cities on earth. So much culture, so much literature, so much thoughts and

philosophies and so on. And when you do that in a in a Middle Eastern setup it

becomes quite involved in the old times and how things have been and how things should be.

And it's a beautiful, beautiful place. The Sharah, which is the organizing entity of the Sharjah

Entrepreneurship Festival, is sort of a non-for-profit that's attempting to help entrepreneurs become successful in the region,

which is a beautiful objective when you think about it, typical of the United Arab Emirates being so supportive of its citizens and its residents.

So it's a beautiful place.

I spoke here in the morning, which was the main reason I came to the event.

I spoke about happiness, believe it or not, because entrepreneurs need a lot of happiness.

But they need it most nowadays, because nowadays we are heading into a year that is probably going to be one of the more stressful years in our

recent history. Lots of uncertainty, lots of changes, which basically made my other big objective from being here the opportunity to spend time with my guest today April

Rignia. April is the author of a book called Flux, which is basically about,

the subtitle is Eight Superpowers for thriving in constant change.
