gun violence today. Here's what's on tap. Biden will give the Justice Department 30 days to start requiring buyers of so-called

ghost guns, that's homemade or makeshift firearms that don't have serial numbers, to undergo

background checks.

Within 60 days, the White House says it'll regulate concealed assault-style firearms.

That's something more than 100 House Democrats urged Biden to do last week, after a shooter in Colorado used a similar type of gun to kill 10 people.

Also, in the next 60 days, Biden will direct the DOJ to provide states with proposed red flag legislation.

Those are laws that would allow courts to temporarily seize firearms

from people who may be a danger to themselves or others. The White House says it will also
