Hi, I'm Jonathan Pro and this is Nate Jones and I'm Christopher deal. Well isn't that special? It is very special

Yeah, we are the sound designers here for adventures in I see

Yes, and we are responsible for taking the wonderful talking heads that you hear and creating a world for your mind to go into

And the first question comes from Sarah who's age 14. How do you come up with all the background music?

Well, the first note about music is that we've got some really great composers that work with us. Our responsibility, however, is

directing the music saying, you know, we want the cue to start here and a cue is simply just a stem of music that we you know

It's just our little technical term. Yeah, we're the music starts and we finish it as we call that a cue

That's a cue and that's our responsibility. We call the direction the emotion what it is we're looking for and where it should

You know start stop where it should hit when you hear comedic timings. We direct where the music should sting there

Our next question is from Logan age 16. Yes. Do we have an actual symphony or are all the sounds from the music synthesized?

The answer is both on some of the radio theater projects

You'll hear actual symphonies if you listen to lame is and if you listen through Narnia

On the other side of the question synthesizers are used

But there most of our adventures in Odyssey music is done by John Campbell and he uses synthesizers as well as

very high-quality samples of

Other symphonies and so sometimes it's really hard to tell the difference

One show that I did recently where we did use some live instruments was Odyssey sings
