Sure. So thanks for having me. I'm really excited to be here. My name is Andrew. I'm a senior

director of student communications at the College Board. We are a nonprofit organization that's

focused on helping students connect with colleges and prepare and apply and enroll in college.

You and your listeners probably know us best for the SAT and advanced placement programs,

but we also have a lot of free college planning tools and resources. And so my role is really

focused on sharing those tools and resources to help students and families as they're trying to

navigate the college planning and application process. So my colleagues and I work to connect

students and families to resources like Big Future, which is our free college planning website

and our college for opportunity scholarships program as well as a few other resources that we have

as well.

Yeah. So this is a really important time in college apps because the deadline was supposed to be today

November 30th, but I don't know if you guys are aware actually by the time you see this, it'll be

done, but the deadline got extended to December 4th. For UC schools, right? Yes, for UC schools.

So that was like definitely a little nice gift for Thanksgiving. I think a lot of people right now,

their biggest concern is the SAT and the ACT because colleges are saying you don't need it and it

won't affect you if you choose not to submit it your scores, but they also say it is optional if
