1:01.9	actually being fought. So federal appeals court today said President Trump may deploy the National
1:06.1	Guard across Oregon for now. This happened earlier in the show. We made that announcement. It's a two to one
1:11.7	ruling from a three-judge panel on the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
1:16.2	They lifted a lower court order halting Trump's deployment of National Guard members while the
1:21.5	administration's appeal is resolved. The court previously let Trump resume control of Oregon's
1:25.9	National Guard and said, rather than reviewing the president's determination with great deference, the district court substituted its own determination of the relevant facts and circumstances.
